For the purposes of this Legal Notice, “PSYCHO HAI” is the name of the product and web environment; “NEXO” is the operational project for assessment and support in organizational wellbeing.

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access, navigation and use of the site, as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its content, features and services.

Accessing the site grants the condition of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice from that moment. If you do not agree with its content, you must refrain from using it.

3. Terms of use

The user undertakes to use the site diligently, lawfully and in accordance with good faith, public order and these terms.

Using the site for unlawful purposes or in any way that may damage, overload, impair or prevent its normal use, that of its systems or its content, is prohibited.

Access to the NEXO environment is restricted to authorized personnel and managed per organization. Activity carried out in the authenticated area is logged for security and traceability purposes.

4. Nature of the service and availability

NEXO is a professional decision-support tool based on explicit rules, multi-criteria scoring and human review. It does not constitute automated clinical diagnosis, nor does it replace the judgment of qualified professionals, occupational risk prevention services or the institution’s own decisions.

PSYCHO HAI makes reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or interruptions, nor assume a permanent update obligation unless legally required.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The site’s content —including text, design, structure, code, interfaces, images, logos, trademarks and documentation— is protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belongs to PSYCHO HAI, the reference entity or third parties who have authorized its use.

Its reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication by any means without prior written authorization is prohibited, except in legally permitted cases.

6. Links

The site may include links to third-party resources. Their inclusion does not imply approval or control by PSYCHO HAI over their content or policies. The user accesses them under their sole responsibility.

7. Liability

PSYCHO HAI shall not be liable for damages arising from interference, faults, errors, viruses, unauthorized access or misuse of the site that are not directly attributable to it. None of the above limits liability where imposed by mandatory law.

8. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy.

9. Applicable law

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the competent courts under applicable law. If the user is legally a consumer, they will not be deprived of any mandatory jurisdiction that may apply to them.
