PSYCHO HAI uses exclusively its own technical or strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
1. Scope
The site and platform use their own technical or strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to enable the service to work, manage the session, remember basic technical preferences and reinforce security.
No behavioural advertising cookies, advertising profiles or non-exempt analytics are used in the version described here.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored on or read from the user’s device to enable the service to work, remember preferences or manage the session.

All the above cookies are issued with Secure over HTTPS, HttpOnly where applicable and SameSite=Lax. Names may vary slightly depending on the environment configuration.
4. Legal basis
These cookies are exempt from consent insofar as they are necessary to provide the requested service, under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the Spanish DPA cookie guidance. For that reason, no consent banner is shown. Should non-exempt cookies be added in the future, they would be blocked until valid consent is obtained.
5. Third parties
The public site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests are third-party resources and do not write cookies on the PSYCHO HAI domain. If a third-party resource were to start using non-exempt cookies, this policy would be updated and the appropriate information and consent mechanism implemented before use in production.
6. How to manage them
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. If you disable necessary technical cookies, some site or platform features may be unavailable or not work correctly.
7. Changes
If non-exempt analytics cookies or third-party services requiring consent were added, this policy would be updated before their activation.
