Operational project

NEXO

Institutional wellbeing and coordination.

NEXO connects organizational data, professional teams and support interventions for EMSA Adeje and Quirón Prevención. The MVP prioritizes clear reading, actionable reporting and explainable recommendations without black boxes.

01

EMSA Adeje

Import, profiling, feedback and reporting based on data already collected previously.

02

Quirón Prevención

Preliminary FPSICO 4.1 view, outreach, operational questionnaire, non-official reading and structured follow-up.

The problem

Scattered information and decisions that require real coordination.

In organizational wellbeing, capturing data at scale is not enough. It must be turned into an understandable reading by area, clear priorities must be identified, it must be possible to explain why an action is recommended, and follow-up must be sustained over time without promising unsustainable clinical automation.

NEXO solves precisely that operational stretch: it organizes participants, areas, assessments, results, profiles, recommendations, interventions and follow-up, all within a single secure and auditable control panel.
